Central State Bank of Illinois

Central State Bank of Illinois had an unexpected emergency situation with a server transition. I was brought in to rebuild the entire site on a new server. This involved creating a completely custom theme, migrating database information, migrating images, backing up page data, and rebuilding the site and all of its pages on the new server. As an emergency situation, I completed the initial transition work in one day (I worked more than a double shift that day!). Once the initial transition work was finished, I was able to take a little more time to rework the design on each of the pages, setting up the menu and navigation. Finally, I ensured the site was mobile-compatible.

This simple logo was designed per request to have a transparent background. Featuring the business name and word art in the center encompassed with interlacing circles, this logo represents an easy-to-read, easy-to-understand, clean, and simple target. This logo is usable in all media, from web to print.

The Hive Group wanted a simple letter-art logo with a background that reminded of a hive. I selected to use beehive-type shapes in the background with simple letters in the foreground. The client was very pleased with this logo which represented everything they had asked for in a simple, classy format.

Using Photoshop, I created this logo to be attention-catching letter art that will be immediately recognizable. Simple yet elegant line art and letters comprise a highly complementary palette that is used throughout my web presence: Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube. It is also high-resolution and is used in all of my print media, including metallic business cards.

This logo was designed to be used in square format or cropped into a simple circle design. Showing the face of Norman Reedus and continuing the design from the website and social media graphics, this was designed using Photoshop to be immediately recognizable as belonging to the fan group.

Digital Kristen Website

Digital-Kristen (Ongoing: Personal Blog)

Digital-Kristen is a personal site combined with a small, yet full-featured e-commerce back end to sell craft goods. Utilizing WordPress for blogging, I installed WooCommerce and set it integration between the owner’s Etsy store, Square payments interface, and WooCommerce for inventory and sales tracking across all platforms. Credit card processing capabilities, Afterpay and Klarna, and a robust customer account interface are included. Recently added was a full API interface with Etsy to replace WooCommerce to simplify inventory tracking.

SCP: Journey

SCP: Journey

The SCP: Journey website is a wiki-style WordPress site where the author posts original fiction stories and content. Utilizing the popular blog platform, ShiShiye hopes to build content that will attract and keep like-minded visitors. The robust, full-featured wiki addon allows him the freedom to categorize, classify, and accept user comments, submissions, and other content through a secured channel. Featuring custom graphics, custom-created pages, and navigation menus, ShiShiye can maintain the site himself.
